It Annoys Me When
Everyone has a pet peeve or two. The older I get the more pet peeves I seem to have. This blog will serve as a way for me to vent about what annoys me and hopefully keep me a little saner. And hopefully you'll find something here to make you feel less alone in your own annoyance.

People leave lawn clippings in the road.
Come on lawn mower man, clean this up. |
I ride a motorcycle. So I may be a tad more aware of potential road hazards, especially those that can affect traction. Like lawn clippings in the road. If it rains on that stuff it can get very slippery. And it really looks nasty. So how about when you cut your grass you make sure that your mower is discharging the clippings back into the yard instead of onto the road?

Cupcakes go to waste, in a most disgusting manner.
What an undignified end for such delectable cupcakes. |
Oh, the horror. A cooler was left outside the studio. It's been there for six days. Someone finally opened it. In that cooler, a melted bag of ice and several once delicious cupcakes. Now there's nothing left but soggy pastry. What a waste.

A game makes me ask Facebook friends for help.
I just want to play the next level. |
It's not bad enough that these games get you hooked. They only give you five lives and then you have to wait for the game to refresh for 30 minutes or so, or spend real money to buy new lives. And then you have to grovel to your Facebook friends every so often to get their "help" to progress to the next level. I just want to kill a couple of minutes (OK, maybe hours) actually playing the game.

People forget their underwear in the parking lot.
I'm certainly not picking THIS up. |
People lead busy lives. Going from one stop to the next with little time in between. And sometimes what's appropriate attire for one place just won't work for the next and you're forced to alter what you're wearing while on the road. I get that. But how do you leave your underwear in the parking lot?
